This piece considers the implications of Brexit process for United Kingdom's territorial constitution. It advances two narratives devolutionary settlement; one which emphasises continuing post-devolution influence – and dominance institutions UK-level government, other regards devolution as having engineered a quasi-federal division powers diluted sovereignty Westminster Parliament via expressions national in Scotland, Wales Northern Ireland.
